- There is $2.00 per ticket service charge if you purchase the tickets through sellingticket.us (Ticketmaster might have the different service charge). Child over 24 month needs a full price ticket.
- If you choose mailing service, we will mail the ticket(s) to you.
- Please select the mailing option when you buy tickets online:
- Priority Mailing Service: If you choose Priority Mailing ($10.00), we will mail the tickets to your registered address via US Postal Services Priority Mail.
- Regular Mailing Service: If you choose Regular Mailing ($5.00), we will send your tickets by First-Class mail.
- If your mailing address is different from your billing address, please write down your mailing address in the Note of credit card form.
- If you haven’t received your tickets 7 days before the concert, please e-mail to support@sellingticket.us to check the status. We can’t deal with you on event day if you did not inform in advance.
- Put your tickets at a safe place. We can’t help you if the tickets are damaged or lost. And we will not be responsible for any mailed tickets as well.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- if you use Will Call service, you should pick up your tickets from 2 hours before to 20 minutes after the concert beginning at the will call office by the concert venue entrance. Please make sure to bring your photo ID with name matching the ticket purchaser when you pick up the ticket.
- General admission ticket price zone does not offer seat selection option. Seats will be assigned starting from center column toward side columns on first come, first service basis for online purchasers.
- Ticket mailing service is not offered to purchasers with mailing address outside of Continental United Stated. Please use WILL CALL service.
- Please observe the Terms and Conditions of the ticketing service providers www.ticketmaster.com and www.sellingticket.us as well. Detailed Terms of Service is available at their website. Ticket purchasers shall observe the rules set by the Box Office of the Venue too.
- We will send concerts and the other commercial info of our sponsors to your phone and email box.

- SellingTicket.us operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to the Ticket Policy.
- Program Description: We may send promotional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our concerts and events. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages per months. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
- User Opt-In: By agree the Ticket Policy, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at 99concertsinfo@gmail.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
- User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message.
- Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
- Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify the Ticket Policy at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review the Ticket Policy periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
